Allergies

Here is a recommendation for dishes for those with allergies. You can find the allergy under the column "allergy/adaption" and look on the respective row for recommendations for appetizers and main courses.

Nuts

  • «Spicy scampisalat»
  • «Tom Yum»
  • «Tom yum stekt ris»
  • «Stir fry med chili paste»
  • «Lan Na stir fry»
  • Sataykylling has a sauce that contain peanuts. This sauce can be replaced with alternative sauces "chilli sauce" or "plum sauce". These sauces do not contain nuts.
  • We only use peanuts and cashew nuts in our cooking. Those who have for example allergy for hassle nuts can eat everything on the menu.
Lactose
  • All appetizers/main courses except those that are listed up under "You can not eat these appetizers/main courses".

Onion
  • «Tom Kha» (***)
  • No other appetizers/main courses (**)
  • If it is all right that there is traces of onion in the dish, we can cook the dish and remove most of the onion.
Vegetarian
  • «Vegetarvårruller»
  • We can make all main courrses without meat. (**)
  • Pad Thai (**)
  • We use oyster sauce and fish sauce in many of our dishes.
  • All wok dishes contain oyster sauce and can not be made without the sauce.
  • The follwing dishes contain fish sauce and can not be made with out the sauce:
    • «Rød curry»
    • «Grønn curry»
    • «Panang curry»
  •  "Pad Thai" has to be specified that it is to be made without fish sauce.
Vegan
  • «Vegetarvårrull»
  • «Pad thai» (***) (**)
  • Everything that is not listed up under "You can eat these appetizers/main courses"
  • "Pad Thai" contains eggs and fish sauce. This can be removed.
